Autonomous Units

The main features are:

    • Equipment with robust construction and easy installation, in the plug’n play*;
    • Power supply in 220V Three-phase or Single-phase voltage;
    • Nominal operating flow rate of 1,000 m3/h or 2,000 m3/h;
    • Equipped with 3 filtration stages: a G4 Pre-Filter, an F9 Fine Filter, and a final absolute filtration stage HEPA H-14 (EN 1822:2009 H14/ISO 29463 ISO 45H) capable of retaining microorganisms as small as bacteria and viruses;
    • Optional proportional external air intake device (damper).

      Exclusive Monitoring, Control and Management System INTELIAR®

The exclusive Indoor Air Renewal System, through the controlled addition of outside air, places Purefeel technology in a unique position in the market.

Main features of the Modular Platform

• Wide range of models based on the same modular platform that guarantees the necessary planned flow of purified air;

• High Degree of Filtration with three filtration stages plus a main one – Absolute HEPA H14 in the UPR Unit – which retains even microorganisms or high-efficiency and high-mass Granulated Activated Carbon in the UPO units, which drastically reduce odors;

• Planned airflow based on CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) study ensures purified air coverage in the areas of interest;
• Controlled External Air Intake (optional) via an Automatic Damper operated by the INTELIAR® system ensures metered indoor air renewal, respecting pre-determined temperature and humidity limits, when ambient ventilation conditions are insufficient;

• UVC (Ultraviolet) used in an innovative way optimizes the elimination of biological agents via sterilization of the intermediate chamber while avoiding ozone emission and ultraviolet exposure;

•Real-time monitoring of particulate pollutants PM10, PM2.5, and gases CO2, volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), and formaldehyde (CH2O), with the possibility of including three more contaminants on demand and indications of temperature, relative humidity, and IAQ-i (Indoor Air Quality Index).

•Exclusive Monitoring, Control and Management System INTELIAR® that guarantees the optimization of indoor air quality (IAQ), operational integrity, local and remote monitoring via network or cloud, operational safety (NR12), compliance with FDA/ANVISA CFR 21- Part 11”, in addition to several other important and exclusive functions;
• Compliance with regulatory requirements of ASHRAE 62.1-2019 (Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality), Ordinance 3.523 of 1998
– Ministry of Health, ANVISA Resolution RE no. 9, of 2003 and Federal Law 13.589 of 2018;
• Available versions in stainless steel and ATEX*

Internal Modular Systems - “Master Slave”

Example of a distributed internal modular arrangement
Flow rate up to 8,000 m3/h

Using the “Master-Slave” concept, it was possible to devise an economical solution for indoor air purification in large environments. Maintaining all the characteristics of the UPR / UPOPurefeel platforms and the exclusive monitoring, control and management system INTELIARTM, a Master unit monitors, controls and manages the operation of the Slave units, which can range from one to three units covering a flow rate range of 4,000 m3/h to 8,000 m3/h and areas as large as 360 m2 in the same environment.
The exclusive Indoor Air Renewal System, through the controlled addition of outside air, places Purefeel technology in a unique position in the market.

Multi-environment Systems

The Purefeel® Multi-Environment Air Purification System, with virtually unlimited flow capacity, is ideal when air purification and controlled ventilation of multiple environments is required. It is intended for buildings with various rooms and similar air purification demands, such as educational institutions and administrative areas, among others. Basic individual purification and recirculation units are installed in each environment and equipped with an air quality sensor that allows for the management of the operating regime of the units individually, via a control panel and central monitoring with INTELIAR technology.

The exclusive Indoor Air Renewal System, through the controlled addition of outside air, places Purefeel technology in a unique position in the market.
The models are customized according to the client's needs.

Deodorization

The UPR/UPO platform from Purefeel® offers great mounting flexibility, allowing for various arrangements of filter elements. By simply replacing the main filter element of the UPR units, the adsorbent media mass of the filter elements can be greatly increased to meet the deodorization demands of environments with this type of pollutant.

The Purefeel® UPO – Purification and Deodorization Units possess all the typical characteristics of the platform, including the ability to control the intake of outside air and all other exclusive functions of the INTELIAR® technology.

The UPO purification and deodorization units from Purefeel® offer the most modern and reliable solutions for managing the difficult problem of odor control in production environments.

The exclusive Indoor Air Renewal System, through the controlled addition of outside air, places Purefeel technology in a unique position in the market.
The models are customized according to the client's needs.

Planned Airflow

One of the main characteristics of Purefeel® Products and Solutions, especially the UPR and UPO units, is the use of a known airflow pattern defined in a computational study (CFD – Computing Fluid Dynamics) for application sizing. This criterion, foreseen in the applicable standards (ASHRAE 6.2.1.2.1 and 6.2.1.2.2), allows for the use of a much smaller volume of external ventilation air with equivalent or even better results in terms of indoor air purification. It also allows for significant energy savings in air conditioning. The unique design of Purefeel® Air Diffusers allows for collimation of the purified air outlet at angles of 180°, 135° and 90°, further optimizing air distribution in the areas of interest.
