All products supplied by Purefeel have a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
In addition, Purefeel uniquely offers its customers a performance warranty that allows the product to be returned with the respective refund of the amounts paid if performance does not meet application specifications.
The manufacturing defect warranty covers defects in the origin of products and parts for a period of two years from delivery. The performance warranty extends for 90 days, enough time for the users’ performance analysis.
